I think people would say we are fussy where our animals are concerned and I guess like many people yes, we are, they are part of our family and we want someone looking after them who will give them the level of care that we would and that is where our ethos of ‘Looking After Your Precious Pet Like It Was One Of Our Own’ came from. We try to go that step further to make sure we provide the highest level of care for your little guys while you are away because it’s what we would want for ours.

We are Mark & Lisa, animal lovers and slaves to our 5 cats and Ernie the Chinchilla, we have over 25 years’ experience of caring for Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters, Rats and of course Ernie our Chinchilla. We know first-hand how hard it is to get good care for when you have to go away and how you worry when you have to leave them, this was our reason for starting Arsenal Pet Sitting.

We have a good knowledge, training and experience in animal grooming so your little friends will enjoy a nice brush and groom while you are away and we can help with things like nail clipping. We are insured with Pet Plan Sanctuary, the pet sitting insurance for animal care professionals from Pet Plan, the world’s leading pet insurance company, although we have never had to use it, it’s important any pet sitter is fully covered should the unexpected happen with either your pet or your home. We are also DBS checked, of course it’s clean but it is there to give our customers peace of mind when they are trusting us with both their pets and homes and something we feel every pet sitter should have.

And finally, we have chosen PayPal to process all our payments, yes, we do accept good old cash but for everyone’s safety and protection, we prefer to process payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, but you can use it if you have one and if not, most credit or debit cards are accepted. We have lived here in West Thamesmead in the home we have owned for the past 23 years and your always welcome to come see our menagerie if it would help put your mind at rest, but rest assured your little ones and home will be in safe hands with us and we are the only people who will ever enter your home. We feel the only way we can provide our level of service is to do every visit ourselves.
