First and foremost, our service is about caring for
your pets, cleaning, feeding, giving medication,
playing, grooming and of course having some
cuddle time, we also make sure your home is
safe and secure. We also offer other services such
as opening and closing curtains, turning lights
on and off, watering plants and gardens and
taking in post, collecting parcels.
We have had pets for over 26 years; our menagerie currently consists of 5 cats & Ernie our chinchilla.
Merlin our pedigree Devon Rex, he stands out for he’s lack of fur and big ears, Takara, Serena & Mia are
all from a local rescue centre, all had bad starts in life, Takara's mother gave birth in the street as they
were being rescued but the hard start has just made them more loving. Merlin although one of the
smallest, is the alpha male & can often be found breaking up an argument or just keeping them all in
their place. Milo is our newest addition, a beautiful medium haired moggie with the most amazingly
bushy tail, we are convinced he has some Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest Cat in him due to he’s size.
We are Mark & Lisa, animal lovers and slaves to our
5 cats and Ernie the chinchilla, we know well how
hard it is to find good care for your pets while you
are away and our search led us to creating Arsenal
Pet Sitting. Our ethos is to care for other people’s
pets the way we would like someone to care for
ours and to treat people’s homes with the respect
we would like to think anyone coming into our
home would treat ours with.
BOOKING
Firstly, please remember to book early,
sometimes of the year can be very busy, Easter,
School holidays, Summer, Christmas & New Year.
Simply give us a call or email & we will book you
in and arrange a pre sitting visit if this is the first
time you have used our service. The pre sitting
visit is a one off to allow you to meet us & for us to
meet your little ones, at this time we will also go
over all their care and the rules of your home.

May 2026 - Hello Whitfield
We will be moving to Whitfield on 25th June and bringing our unique pet sitting service to the local area
after 6 amazingly successful years in Southeast London. Please do take a look at our site, we hope it
explains the services we offer, we hope we can bring
offer personal pet sitting service to the residents and
our ethos of ‘Looking After Your Pet Like It Was One of
Our Own’. If you have any questions or would like to
make a book for after the 15th of July then email or
give us a call, we will be glad to help & we are looking
forward to seeing lots of new little ones & our new
home in Whitfield.
January 2026 - We are moving
It’s with sad hearts that we have to announce that we are moving to Kent and so have had to take the decision to close Arsenal Pet Sitting on 21st February, we would like to thank every one of you for letting us look after your amazing pets, hand on heart they have all been a pleasure to look after over these past 6 years & we will miss them all. We have emailed details of a local pet sitter who seems to be very good and who will be gladly to carry on looking after your little ones. All the kind words and comments we have received are incredible & we hope you were able to enjoy your trips, safe in the knowledge your little ones were safe and well. Thank you all for your support over the years and if you are ever in Kent, do say hello and please do let us know how you are all getting on. We hope to set up again once we are settled in and hopefully bring our successful pet sitting service to the people of Whitfield and the local areas.

Our visits last 30 minutes and start from £11.00 for
a single daily visit and from £18.00 for 2 daily visits,
A 10% discount is applied for single bookings over
£200. All payments are processed by PayPal our
chosen secure payment provider allowing
payment via your PayPal account or most debit

Mark & Lisa did a fantastic Job looking after Poppy while I was away. They took
the time to brush her everyday and text me to let me know how she was.
They clearly love cats and it was great to arrive home to a relaxed and happy
kitty compared to the anxious cat she becomes at catterys. They offer a great
service - espescially the reassurance that if Iwas delayed they would make an
extra trip so I did not have to worry about her.
